To keep work running smoothly, I rely on timely communication and feedback from my clients. If I do not hear from you for four (4) consecutive weeks after sending two (or more) emails, our work together will be considered abandoned:

• Payments already made are non-refundable

• If you wish to restart our work together later, a new agreement and additional fees may apply
